horizontal lines in Word 2000

Hello

I am struggling with finding a way to remove some horizontal lines in a Word
2000 document.

The document has a table and a graphic plus some standard text paragraphs
but for the life of me I cannot highligt those @£$§ lines and delete them.
Any suggestions?

Hi Henrik,

It's hard to troubleshoot without seeing the document but I've listed
some things below you could try.

1. Select the text, go to Format > Borders and Shading and click on
the 'None' setting. If the horizontal lines are borders then this
will remove them.
2. The line itself may be a graphic. Try and click on it and delete
it that way.
3. Check headers/footers for same.
