Horizontal Org Charts

Does anyone know if you can create a horizontal org chart, so that the
reporting structure begins with executive level on the left and moves down to
assistant level on the right? I don't want a traditional vertical structure.

The best way to get what you want right now is to create the org chart, then
use the layout functions under "Shape>Configure Layout" rather than the ones
on the Org Chart toolbar. You can use the flowchart style with the direction
set to "Right to Left". You will need to do some tuneup to glue the
connectors to the right side of the shapes.
