Horizontal setting for hulleted list is not accessible

Sometimes I like to indent a bulleted list beneath a topic sentence. When I
click the bulleted list button on the Format toolbar a bullet appears on the
screen, only its not indented. On the extreem right side of my display is a
formatting tool for the bulleted list. It says Horizontal spacing indent
from previous level, but it is not accessible. How can on set a horizontal
indent for a bulleted list?

What happens if you have something like this:

Major Topic
Minor Topic

then you apply the bullet to the minor topic (at this point, OneNote should
leave the "Ms" aligned and apply the bullet to the left.

Now, if you press Tab when the cursor is to the left of the "M" in Minor
Topic, the bullet and the text should both move to the right.

Does this behave closer to what you want?
