Horizontal to vertical

Someone sent me a PPT document that has only one slide, which is lying on
its side (i.e., the type is running vertically, from bottom to top).

I can't seem to figure out how to get it into a normal vertical position
with the type running from left to right.

Thank you,

Charles

Hi Charles,

I think you will have to select each text box and rotate the text manually.

There's a rotate button on the Drawing toolbar (View > Toolbars > Drawing).

Thank you for the suggestion, but what I want to do is rotate the whole
document globally. Obviously it was not originally designed to lie on its
side, so it must have been put that way using some kind of command and
there must also be a way to put it back?

Hi again,

AFAIK there is no way to change the orientation of an entire slide on
screen, just when it's printed.

But surely the person who created the slide didn't create it on its side
to begin with.

Maybe there is a preferences setting I am overlooking?
