Horrible 2003 Interface

Jeff

Yeech! I've been using the "new improved" Outlook 2003 for several weeks and HATE it - what a mess! Who designed this thing? The screen is so incredibly cluttered with stuff that one's eye can't scan things like you could in previous versions of Outlook. Is there anyway to get back the old (and, as far as I'm concerned) MUCH BETTER interface from previous versions

Thanks.

You can accomplish a more classic look of Outlook by changing 3 things;
-set the Reading Pane to bottom; View-> Reading Pane-> Bottom
-do not group the messages; View-> Arrange by-> uncheck View in groups
-set the Navigation Pane to show the Folder List; button Folder List in the
Navigation Pane bottom left
