When I start visio and open/close the custom property window it remembers
this setting from session to session. Since I have HostID blank in my
activex drawing control, every time I open the control it shows (or hides)
the custom property window by default at startup based on whether or not it
was visible in visio. This is because I have the HostID property blank.
I'm using the command target example to show and hide the custom property
window within my application but when I do so it doesn't save the setting
like I would expect it to? Do I need to do something special to make this
work or is the fact that these settings aren't saved a bug or expected
behavior? BTW - I also noticed that if I set my own HostID the behavior is
the same.
Thanks,
Brian
