hostile taskbar pop up

Everytime I start my laptop a hostile pop up taskbar appears on top of the
standard taskbar in desktop. What ever I do I only can make disappear by
klicking the ' X'. SOmetimes when I start up the Explorer I don't see my
standard Google.nl site but something with Personal Search or so.
I ran the Northon virusscan and he removed 2 files and put one in quarantine
calles holi4224765.exe What to do?
