Hosting and Other Recommendations

Does anyone have an article of what to look for in a Hosting company? Or, if
you have experience of working with or can recommend a reputable company, I'd
like to hear from you. I need a company that will keep their server software
updated, has 24/7 customer service help (either online chat or by phone) and
FP SE. I will need Dedicated Hosting. (I will be working with a very small
- 3 person - real estate company who will have, maybe, about 30-40 photos a
month). I am using Windows XP, Frontpage 2003.

You do not need dedicated hosting, just shared hosting with a static IP Address.

I have been using the following web host since 1997, and all but 1 of my clients are hosted with
them:

I use matrixreseller.com and I've been with them for over two years and I'm
vey happy with them. Many other use fp users recommened 1and1.com (I don't
know what the uk one is like)

A good source for information on web hosting (as well as tips from others in
the industry) you can try the forums at Developer's Shed (DevShed):

You DO have to register in order to post, but you can always use a secondary
e-mail account (not your primary account) such as one of the free e-mail
accounts offered by America Online (AIM), Google (GMail) or Microsoft
(Hotmail) if you're worried about spamming or anything like that. That's
what I did.
