Hosting Infoath designer in Windows application

Greetings.

I have a requirement where I need to host the infopath designer inside my
windows application for the user to create infopath forms at runtime. Please
let me know how to do this.

You can do this with InfoPath 2007, but not with 2003.

Yes, I have Infopath 2007 and trying to do this. But not clear how to do this.
