hot key hangs on subform

Hi,

Has anyone seen this problem?

I have a form with two subforms and I use hotkeys to jump to the subforms -
on occassion (not always) the keyboard hangs in the subform after using the
hot key to jump to it. Clicking around doesn't un-hang it. I am not using
any reserved keys for hot keys that I know of (I am using Alt-C and Alt-L).

Any ideas?
