Hot Keys on keyboard

Since installing new Microsoft Office 2000 my Hot keys on
my keyboard are not working. I have tried reinstalling the
CD for the Hot keys but it doesn't work. I asked a gent at
work and he said that it had probably sent it to a
different location when I installed the software. How can
i get it back to the original location without
reinstalling either the Microsoft Office 2000 or the Hot
keys CD. Hope you can help. Thanks.

What is "Hot Keys" and how does it relate to Microsoft Outlook?
