Help! I'd like to take a blank map (for example, South America) and set it
up so that when a student puts their mouse on Brazil, a little box pops up
and says Brazil or the mouseover says Brazil. I can do this for the whole
map, but I want one spot to be Brazil, another spot to popup or mouseover on
Peru, etc. Can you help me?

go to www.jimcosoftware.com there is/was an add-in called "hot spot tool
tips" that makes the process very easy.

How do you assign 'title tags' to hotspots?
I tried to give a hotspot a rollover action, but it cannot differentiate
between the multiple hotspots.
Thanks

You have to manually modify code in Code / HTML View.
