Hotbar addin

Somehow a Hotbar addin has attached itself to Outlook, each time I start Outlook I get an error saying the addin cannot be loaded ( I ran an unistall for Hotbar ) is there any way to rid myself of this affliction. I have used RegCleaner, Adaware, Hotbar removal utility, and Outlook detect and repair to no avail?

I've been having the same problem as Kevin C. & did the same as he. When I searched for 'extend.dat' it came back with no results. Any other ideas?

If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you'll need to search within hidden
folders.
