Hotbar error

When I go to open up Outlook 2000, I am getting the following notice: The
add-in "C:\PROGRA~1\Hotbar\bin\451~1.0\SBOLExt.dll could not be installed or
loaded. I have run my Lavasoft Ad-Watch and cleaned out all the critical
objects and rebooted, but I still get that notice. What can I do?

Search your registry for reference to that DLL and delete it if you find it.
Also look in Outlook's Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Add-In Manager
or COM Add-Ins.

Milly, I have completed the suggestions from you, Brian and Diane, and I
still get the same error message when I go to load Outlook. What now?

some advice i found here a couple weeks back:

In Outlook, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and look in COM

Add-Ins and Add-In Manager for reference to the hotbar file. Delete the
reference.

if that don't do it...

try to search & rename extend.dat to extend.old

i haven't tried this yet but it sounds good

Mike: We tried both of those earlier per Brian and Diane's suggestions. Any
other suggestions?
