hotbar

All the times, when I use OUTLOOK (new message, for example) the HotBar is
showed. Than I select right button, remove it, don't save because I don't
have this option. Than, if I select new message or forward again, this bar
(HotBar) is showed abain. The question is : "How can I remove it ?"

You have to go into the add remove and remove the Hotbar program and any of
its other programs its loaded, I have found that hot bar really does a job on
outlook. I have it blocked on our web sense server.
