Hotbar

I regretfully downloaded Hotbar and later discovered I
can no longer send pictures with my emails.
I have followed instructions and have successfully
uninstalled Hotbar.
Now I need to recheck "send with pictures" box in Outlook
Express XP so I can once again send pictures.
I am instruected to open Outlook Express, Go to Tools,
then Options. Then click "send" tab then "HTML as mail
sending format.
THERE is no "send" tab listed under Options.
ANY suggestions?

Outlook Express is not a part of Office and the instructions that you were
given assumed Outlook from Microsoft Office.

OE is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups for support.
Try posting in one of the OE groups for faster help.
