Hotel Booking

Hi
I am currently writing a database to automate my hotel bookings. I have a
table with all of my customers details. A subform which pulls across the
customerID from the table and then asks for "from date" "to date" and "room
number".

How do I transfer this information over to a main sheet that selects the
dates from and all dates in between to state that the room is booked.

eg. Date along top, room number down side, and bookings in middle

Are you trying to solve an ACCESS issue or an EXCEL issue?

Sheet doesn't fly in Access and your "eg" sounds like a grid.
"Booking" is not a term that applies unambiguously in either Access or
Excel.
