Hotel - form help

First off, I am new to the Access world but come with a great knowledge with
excel.

I need some help with a template for a very small motel.

I also would like to know how I could make a form that would generate the
age in a text box (normal grayed) when the date of birth is entered into a
separate text box. I would also like it to bold and turn the text red if the
quest is younger than 18.

Any help with these two inquiries would be appreciated.

You can use conditional formatting (select textbox and format - conditional
formatting) to change the text bold and red. Select "Field Value Is" and then
"Less Than" and type in the empty box "18".

As for the generating age, you could use the datediff function. Look here
