Hotfix 827149

I was able to determine that the error I was having with
Outlook 2002 was the result of not having the Hotfix
827149. I have never acquired or applied one in the
past. Would someone kindly please steer me in the right
direction as to the acquisition and application this
Hotfix.

I just struggled through this one. Contact microsoft. I
did it using
https://webresponse.one.microsoft.com/OAS/Public/AssistedIn
tro.aspx.

Describe the problem and ask for the hotfix mentioned in
the knowledge base article. I received a link and password
where I could download the fix. They say they won't charge
me the $35.00 for the online service since it fixed my
problem.
