How do I down a hotfix for Outlook 2003, it is listened in an article, but
doesn't tell how to download the file.

which one is it? if there is no link to it, then it probably says somewhere
that you have to contact microsoft to get it.

This is what I was told to go to and does say to contact Microsoft

Contact Microsoft. There is no charge or fee for the Hotfix. Just mention to the person that you are calling for a Hotfix
