hotkey app does not work anymore

Hi, I have an Acer Travelmate 5623WSMi with Windows Vista pre-installed.
Yesterday I installed Office 2007 Ultimate.
Office works fine, but since its installation the hotkey app does not work
anymore.
That means I can't turn on / off the wireless button or the bluetooth and so
on (hot key indeed).

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Is there anything I can do to have the full functionality of my notebook back?
