Hotlinks work in Text but not HTML or RTF emails we receive.

We upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. We receive a number of emails
with hotlinks. Those which we receive in TXT format work fine. Those which
we receive in HTML or RTF do not. In all emails, our cursor will change from
a pointer to a little hand when we hover over the hotlink. But clicking on
the hotlink only launches IE in the text formatted emails.
