Hotmail account for MS outlook is free or charged ?

When configured hotmail account for microsoft outlook, while
sending/receiving the mails the error message 'Task 'Shashank(Hotmail):
Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error (0x800CCCF6) : 'The
server responded 'Access to Hotmail via Outlook and Outlook Express now
requires a subscription. Please sign up at
http://join.msn.com/general/Email'. ' is being displayed.

Can u guide me on my email id (e-mail address removed)

Only the "paid for" hotmail accounts will incorporate into Outlook, if you
have a free hotmail account you have to use the web interface.
