hotmail account in Outlook-how to add quick flag?

In my Outlook 2003 I have an Inbox, below it is my Hotmail account with it's
own inbox and files. I can't add the quick flag to these folders, inbox,
sent etc?! I can do this in the inbox folders above it--what am I doing
wrong?

Nothing. I don't think HTTP accounts support the feature.
