Using Outlook 2002
The Server Timeout is set for 10 minutes. We added two Hotmail accounts in
Outlook, but clicking Send/Receive returns the following ERROR message for
both accounts more often than not:
"Task 'GreatScotInLA-Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCC19) : 'A timeout occurred while
communicating with the server.'"
The Send/Receive operation usually takes less than 30 seconds before giving
the ERROR message. When both Hotmail accounts are set up in OE 6.0 they
work perfectly nearly 100% of the time. What is it about Outlook that
doesn't work as well as OE with additional accounts such as Hotmail
Accounts?
