Is anyone having trouble with Hotmail and Entourage 2004? I keep getting a
(-3210) error with three different accounts and on two different computers.
I haven't been able to use Hotmail since I installed Entourage 2004.

What is your Entourage version number? Is your Hotmail account basic/free,
MSN, or extra storage?

Any suggestions on what I can try to make it work? It sounds like I'm the
only one with this problem, yet it happens with 3 different accounts on 2
different computers.

First, make sure you are using the following steps to create the Hotmail
account on Entourage 2004.

1. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
2. Select: Hotmail from the popup,
3. Click New.

If the issue still occur, can you tell me the detailed error information? In
addition, can you access email via website (www.hotmail.com) property?

That fixed the problem right away. Now I wonder why the account name must
be Hotmail (and nothing else) but I can't complain now that it works.

Well, if only it was that simple. It worked ONCE after changing the name
and went back to the error (-3210).
