hotmail attachment access denied

Hello. Please help with an error message I get. I use
Hotmail as my main email. A co. sent me and attachment and
when I try to open or save, I get the following error
message: access to the specified device, path, or file is
denied. I use win 99/"2". I will recontact co to make
sure it's not a "read permission" file, but until then I
have no clue why I can't access this file. I am not an
advanced computer user. Thank you. debbie

You might want to try posting your question to Hotmail support or another
newsgroup. This newsgroup is about using the Microsoft Access database
application.
