Hotmail Expand Collapse Button Disappears in Outlook 2003 w BCM

I have noticed that the expand/collapse button disappears only for the
Hotmail folder in the mail view using Outlook 2003 w Business Contact
Manager. This is very annoying. My workaround is to go to folder list (ctrl
+6) to show all. Does anyone know what is causing this in the first place.
As previously mentioned it only happens with Hotmail folder.
