hotmail in MSN outlook

I have a message that is being stored in my outbox that;
1. i cant delete. (tried numerous ways to do it)
2. wont send.
3. is slowing everything up.

I dont know how to get rid of it...

What does this have to do with Frontpage?

as an addendum to this message, it is '03 outlook and when i access it, it
always says that outlook has started sending it. But it never goes...

Sorry I thought i accessed the outlook group
