Hotmail or Msn Access!

1...Is it normal to be asked twice for your password when entering hotmail
directly,
even if it is entered correctly the first time?
2...When accessing my email through msn messenger the task bar says
connecting to site 65.54.179.192?????Is this the address for hotmail site?Or
do i have a hacker?
Hope you can help thanks.

suggest you find a Hotmail newsgroup, if there is such an animal. this
newsgroup is devoted to MS Access relational database software.
