hotmail synch

I have the upgrade of hotmail. Up until a couple days ago it worked fine.
The all of a sudden I get this message Task 'Hotmail: Folder: Inbox
synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800ccc0d) The server could not be
found. Hotmail is an http setting so POP trouble shooting does not help me.
I have also tried disableing the firewall (avast!). Also tried deleting and
putting hotmail back into outlook.
