Hotmail access seems sluggish within Outlook 2003. I can download the headers
fine when I click on send and receive. Though the inbox is synchronized, it
seems that each time I click on the the inbox, Outlook synchronizes it again.
In OE, if memory serves me correctly, it only synchronized when send/receive
was selected.
Is there a way to stop Outlook from connecting to the Hotmail servers each
time I open my inbox without having to work offline? Working offline sort of
does the trick except that I have to go back to workin online in order to
read the headers which were downloaded, not really saving any time.
