am trying to set up my wifes hotmail account in entourage, using a macbook. will upgrading to windows live hotmail plus solve the problem? if so, could you provide the link.

What version of Entourage are you using?

In most cases, users won't be able to use their regular Hotmail accounts in
Entourage, as the access through an email application is one of the features
of the Live Plus accounts. Upgrading to one of these accounts should allow
you to configure Entourage and use it to access your email messages. Search
Live Mail's website for information on how to upgrade.
