Hotmail? ? ?

I'm posting here because I can't find a Hotmail group.

I suddenly can't access my Hotmail. It tells me I'm using an incorrect
password, although I'm certain I'm using the one I've used for several
years.

Also, I can't get anywhere when I try to reset the password.

This is a serious problem for me. Any ideas welcome

Well... how about http://www.msn.com and contact tech support?
Microsoft Access is a database program, part of the Office Pro suite;
this newsgroup is for that program, not for general computer support.

You'll just have to contact somebody who is ABLE to help - and the
only people I can think of in that category work for MSN tech support.

Thanks John -- you are correct that we should have changed the password
occasionally, and I'll try to do that in the future.

Still, I don't think that had anything to do with the present problem. I
can't seem to find anyone at MS to contact. The trouble is, when you're
freeloading, as we were with Hotmail, we can't really complain too much.

If you have any other ideas, let me know.
