I recently had the same woes that I've read of from many people who
can't seem to activate their Entourage Conduits. I had this problem
once before and couldn't remember the work around... Finally, I
remembered and fixed my HotSync problem!
Now I share it with you and I hope it will help you too!
It's very simple! Create a new identity in Entourage and then open the
HotSync Manager and access the conduit settings. Change the user to the
new identity you created. Try double clicking the Entourage conduit and
it should allow you to access the settings. Return to your regular
profile and double click the Entourage conduit and it should work!
If this doesn't work, repeat the procedure, but also create a new palm
identity and access the new Entourage identity from there.
