HotSync problem Palm/Entourage on Tiger

Hi,

Having installed Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger the HotSync synchronization between
Palm and Entourage isn't working at all. I seem to have the proper files in
my conduit folder, but still no response what so ever on my computer when I
press the sync button on my Palm cradle.

What's up?
