Hour changes (incorrectly) after syncing PocketPC via/ActiveSync 3.7& Office '03

Just added Windows 2000 Professional and Office 2003.
Using Active Sync 3.7 to Sync two DELL Axims. (FYI, the
subject problem NEVER occurred with the old Windows/office
combo. of Win 98 and office 2002.) Problem is: the Pocket
PC loses 5 hours during syncing! This happens with both
Pocket PCs. Yes, I can easily reset the Pocket PC time
manually after every sync but that's not the point. This
happens every time with both Pocket PCs. Of course, prior
to syncing, the time on the Pocket PC and the desktop PC
matches (because of my manual resetting of the time on the
Pocket PC.) Thanks

This isn't really an Office problem, but, have you checked the localisation
settings on both the PC and PDA's?
