Hourly to-do lists

I'm using Project 98 (for now--evaluating the latest
version) to schedule a very time limited project with
multiple resources and multiple tasks. That sounded to me
like that was right up project's alley. The project is a
week long conference with tasks that need to happen on the
minute, not merely on the day. With Project's "to-do list"
report, however, I'm unable to print out for each person
an hourly breakdown of what he or she is supposed to be
doing. In addition, scheduling tasks is extremely
difficult, since they are scheduled down to the day, not
the day and time. Any workarounds or ideas?

Project actually goes down to the minute so it will display dates and times
as well as simply dates. Go to the Tools menu, select Options, the View
page and select a date format that includes times and you'll have it.
