Hours in hierarchy xml of OneNote2007

Hello,

I'm developing a plug-in for OneNote 2007, and I use the hierarchy xml sent
by the method getHierarchy().
But in this xml doc, the times are 2 hours late.
For example if I create an Ink at 15h00, it will be written
creationTime=13h00.
How can I set up that?

Thanks

Double check your time zone. We store that data in Zulu time (Greenwich Mean
Time, UTC).

I'm not sure what you mean by "set up." To convert from UTC to the local
time zone, you need to know what the local time zone offset is. This becomes
critical when sharing notebooks (or any information, for that matter) across
timezones. And keep in mind that within most of the USA, there are two time
zones, standard time and daylight savings time.

By "set up" I meant "choose that OneNote doesn't save hours in Zulu time".
But that's OK, we will translate it in french hours for the moment, it's
just a student project.

But thank you for your patience
