Hi Judy,
I am guessing that you mean summary tasks when you say "rolled up
task". You might try experimenting with grouping in the Task Usage
view to see if that gets you close. For example, a group with the
definition:
Group by:
Field: Outline Number
Field Type: Task
Order: Ascending
Then by
Field: Name
Field Type: Task
Order: Ascending
Then By
Field: Resource Names
Field Type: Assignment
Order: Ascending
Would show for each summary task, the task name and then the
resources assigned. If you add the work field to the view, you can
see total work per summary task, total work per task under the
summary and the totals per resource per task.
