Hours yet to be updated

I have a number of Project Managers each looking after a number of projects.
How can I identify hours that have been submitted to these Project Managers
by their project resources that they are yet to update into their project
plans?

I believe you can set Resource Assignments to a List view with a field for
Status that shows; Submitted On, Not Submitted, N/A (no unprocessed work),
along with the field for Project Manager. I need to fire up a VPC of 2003 to
verify this.
