Hover buttons and Visual Interdev Navigation Bar

I just recently upgraded from Frontpage 2002 to 2003. I was wondering what
happened to the hover buttons where you could add background sounds on mouse
over. All I can find is the interactive buttons which do not allow
background sounds. Was this removed from frontpage 2003 because it is a java
applet?

When I also click on other components "Visual Interdev Navigation Bar" it
states that it can not find the bot folder. Was this also removed from
frontpage 2003? Is there way I can get this bot?

The hover button is still available, but I believe you have add it to the
menu. Why would you want to use a Java applet when many users may not have
the benefit of it's use?
