hover buttons do not display

Just upgraded from FP2000 to FP2003. Imported my web pages and some of the
hover buttons do not display in preview mode. What do I do to fix this?

1. Don't import your web, publish it to the new location.

2. Hover buttons are no longer supported in Windows XP SP2 and will not
be supported in IE 7 or Windows Vista.
For that reason most people no longer use them.

import the image files that make up the interactive buttons as well.
