Hover Buttons in preview web page

Hi, My hover buttons do not appear correctly when I
preview my web site in FrontPage 2002 or on the Internet.
They appear as a white block or blank. They do appear
correctly to my friends who view my web site on the
Internet. I've read KB323236 and it covers my problem
exactly. However, the two fixes listed do not work for me.
Using Windows XP. Thanks for any help I can get.

Hover buttons require Java Virtual Machine which can be
downloaded from http://java.sun.com
However, most people have quit using Hover Buttons
because windows XP / IE6 do not come with JVM installed.
