Hovering pictures in Visio 2007

I'm looking for a way to have a picture appear when I hover my mouse over an
object. I still need for that object to display its data when double
clicked. Is this possible?

The only hover over behaviour that I know is the SmartTags ... these can
display and icon ... not an image.
