How 2 add same note to multiple contacts simultaneously ???

If possible, how to add the same notes to multiple contacts (in same contact
folder) simultaneously ?

if you export the contacts, edit them (fairly easy in excel) and import,
outlook 2003 should identify the duplicates and merge them.

Is it possible to add/import etc an entry to an individual field in
multiple
contact records simultaneously... eg the 'Job title' field etc ?

No. You'll need to copy and paste. You could use in-cell editing and show
the notes/message field- then you can paste without opening each item.
