How add clips from older Publishr vrsns to new PC Clip Gallery?

I have Office Pro on the new PC and a fistful of older versions of Pub that I
want the clip art to show on my PC in the Clip Gallery. How do I import them
from the older CD-ROM's? BTW can't get a feel for this clip gallery
interface still.
