how add send and receive group in OutLook 2003 ?

Hello,
In OutLook I want to create several email accounts attached on several data
file.
I created 2 email accounts and 2 data files. When I try to associate each
email account with each data file, it is not possible. In the Send/Receive
Groups dialog box only the first 'Inbox' data file appears with the 2 email
accounts.
So, how can I add the second 'Inbox' data file in this dialog box.

If you want each account to use a seperate data (pst) file, try an
individual Profile for each account.
However if you wish to have access to both accounts, in the same session,
create sub folders, within Sent and Inbox for the accounts. Then create
rules to move msgs to the correct folder

Of course, they don't need to be subfolders. They can be separate top-level
folders in either the same or a different PST as well.
