After furious head scratching, Mongal asked:
| On this same topic...
|
| I have two managers that WANT me to receive all their meeting
| requests as they don't want it filling up their inbox. I feel your
| pain, it is awful but I don't have a choice.
|
| So, my question is... am I then responsible to accept or reject
| these? Can I delete them without ramification? I notice that if I do
| nothing they often appear on their calendars anyway as tentative.
| Sometimes however, they do not get on their calendars at all and I
| have not been able to figure what triggers that.
|
| Your help would be appreciated on how to work around this and make
| life easier all around.
|
| Thanks, Monica

|| Yes, they have to go in Outlook > Options > Delegates > Your account
|| permissions > and uncheck "Delegate receives copies of meeting
|| related messages sent to me".

|| ||| I am a delegate for many Managers. I receive all of their meeting
||| requests and replies and it's filling up my inbox. Is there a way
||| to avoid receiving
||| this?
