How are correction marks, red and green wavy line, removed?

In word 2007, how are the correction marks (red and green lines) on a
document be removed so that the finished copy can be e-mailed?
Thanks,
Hank

By correcting the spelling and grammar errors or toggling off check spelling
and grammar whilst you type option.

Toggling off "Check spelling/grammar as you type" will have no effect on the
way the document is viewed by a recipient using a different copy of Word.
Nor is it usually possible to totally satisfy Word's spelling/grammar
checker (even if you add words to the dictionary, they won't be in the
recipient's dictionary). The solution is instead to check the boxes for
"Hide spelling/grammar errors in this document," which should be found in
the same place.
